    aiVAGO is a free AI-powered platform that generates personalized travel itineraries based on your preferences.

    The Service does not handle bookings or payments. All reservations are made through external third-party websites (e.g. Booking.com).

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

    4. Account Registration

    You may register using your email or Google Sign-In.
    You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

    5. User Content and Itineraries

    You retain ownership of the content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use it only as necessary to provide the Service.

    You can save and delete your generated itineraries at any time.

    6. AI Usage and Data Training

    Our Service uses artificial intelligence.

    We do not use your inputs, conversations, or generated itineraries to train AI models.

    7. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for commercial purposes (including travel agencies or businesses)
    • Scrape, automate, or reverse engineer the Service
    • Generate unlawful or harmful content
    • Create multiple accounts to bypass limits

    8. Intellectual Property

    All rights in the Service, technology, and AI systems belong to aiVAGO Srl. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.

    9. External Links

    We are not responsible for third-party websites you access through our links.

    10. Termination and Account Deletion

    You may delete your account and all data at any time via your account settings.
    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided “as is”. aiVAGO Srl is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or from AI-generated itineraries. You are responsible for your travel decisions.

    12. Modifications

    We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Catania, Italy.
